How to get around Proa d'Alfama guest house
METRO
The closest Metro stations are Martin Moniz (green line) or Santa Apolonia (Blue line). Both metro stations imply a 10 minute, lovely scenic, walk up hill.
From the Airport to Proa d'Alfama guest house :
As you come out of arrivals at the airport, take the right hand side to the metro station and follow « S. Sebastião ». Change to the green line in « Alameda » towards « Cais do Sodré » and come out at « Martim Moniz ». Go up the street « rua Cavaleiros » and keep following the tram line 12. Go up straight « Calçada de S. André » and cross the square to go down « rua do Salvador ». At the bottom of this street take the first left and you will find our street and our blue guest house.
TRAM
On both lines 28E & 12E, the closest tram (Electrico) stop is Largo Portas do Sol.
TRAIN
Two train stations are in walking distance from Proa d'Alfama guest house : Cais de Sodré & Santa Apolonia.
The train is ideal to visite Belém, Cascais & Sintra.
The are no options from the airport by train.

TAXI
From the airport
A taxi from the airport can cost between 18 and 25 euros depending on the time of the day.
As you come out of arrivals, take any exit in front of you to get to the taxi pick up.
